there is one near the sheraton and hilton hotels on the Shatee district called, Al hajerien,I have met a member of this site there. the flat seemed spacious and has a nice lay out. also check this link for more option of compounds: http://www.alnokhba.com/cgi-alnokhba/commercial-gu best wishes
