We want to take a day from Sorrento to Capri. We love water trips. We would like to go around the island by boat and of course do the Blue Grotto. Seems to be much info about bad companies. Which is the best? Where would we get it? And also any other suggestions for '1 day' in Capri?

I think the best thing to do would be to organize it yourself. In the Rick Steves ITALY 2007 book he should give detailed instructions (he did in 2006).
