For how many days should I stay in Bøverdalen to experience the scenery of Jotunheimen National Park?
please recommend me a beautiful one day trail from Bøverdalen!!
(one way in 5 hours will be fine)

Q2.
My destination after Bøverdalen is Flam , is it enough to connect Bøverdalen and Flam in One day??
Which bus company do you recommend? do they have daily bus?(I plan to travel on Saturday !!)

Thanks in Advance!!

There is a bus running twice a day from Otta-Lom to Sogndal in the west. The bus only run between June 23. and Sept. 3. It's a very nice route for crossing Jotunheimen. Timetable:

There are several private mountain hostels along the buss route, at better locations than Bøverdalen youth hostel. They have resonable prices offering both private or less expensive shared rooms. Some are only with Norwegian text, but you could try to call or e-mail. Turtagrø is very good with nice and scenic day trails.

High up east, Krossbu: www.krossbu.no
High up middle, Sognefjellshytta: www.sognefjellet.no
High up west, Turtagrø: www.turtagro.no/english/

Have a nice trip, you are going to a beautiful area.

Found some suggested walks from Krossbu with english text:

From Sognefjellshytta it's possible to join blue ice walks (guided, don't know if you need to book in advance) and Turtagro has nice views of Hurrungane mountains. All 3 mountain cabins are good for beautiful walks.
