Torrox Travel Forum

We are going to Torrox from Malaga Airport soon. How do we get there? Are there many stops? And what does the trip costs? I worry that is is very complicated.

from the airport, take the bus to Malaga.

ops are you going to Torrox Costa (the sea front) or the village on the mountain?

Anyway, from bus station take the bus to Nerja o Cuevas de Nerja, not all of them stop at Torrox, but I think there are around 5 busses per day, no worries

You mentioned "we".... The easiest, fastest and most uncomplicated way to get to Torrox would be by taxi from Malaga Airport. If you have someone to share the cost, so much the better. Count on approx 25 euro or thereabouts.

well taxi to Marblla is aorund 50 euros, so Nerja that is in the same distance on the other side of the coast wuld be similar price, so 25 each could be also reasonable... in taxi it will be round 45 minutes, as the airport is on the other dside of Malaga, much easier of course ...

ive seen taxis for torrox but they are expensive. they are £145 for a return journey. Its better to get a bus i think or maybe rent a car.

150 pounds that 225 euros? you can get a rental car for two weeks all inclusive for that price from Malaga rental cars!

The price is settled, all taxi drivers have to charge the same ammount and you can see it on a board just when you go out of the airport to get the taxi line. As far as I know Marbella is same distance and it is around 65 euros. It is by law around 0.75 cents of euro per km, plus the extra of the airport, around 17 euros.

Unless you are talking about a group price for a transfer or something like that.
