Hello/Bounjourno

Me and my husband are relocating to rochella or nearby to live permantly. As the time is getting for us to move we are getting very nervous about taking this step, we are currently trying to learn the language but are still at the basics(i can ask for a wine and beer so im on the right track).Can anyone tell me if we will be accepted.We are going to be looking for work out their, my husband works in construction will he find work out their. My concern is that i suffer with a medical condition and im slightly worried if ill be able to get medical care out there. I would be very grateful if any can help me or just give me some advidce. Thanks to you all
