You can book and contact them through the site but you will have to pay when you get there (probably when you get to your hotel)and it will have to be in US cash.

Albaaust info. on domestic flight booking online through www.airmandalay.com is not complete as you cannot settle the airfare by credit card. I had a long discussion with my visa processing agency www.myanmarvisaonarrival.com , email < voa-tours@myanmar.com.mm > and that company is about to operate a fully online air ticketing reservation & payment system in partnership with a reliable Singaporean Web Application Co., Ltd. --- " SoftTrac " and this should be able to function coming tourist season in Myanmar --- July 2007 – March 2008. I had my flight from bagan back to Yangon around USD89. The flight for a return shall be less than USD200 , just fyi. Do check out the tour agency around Yangon area, they might have a good deal for you.
