Anyone know how long does it takes from the Oranje Hotel in Noordwijk to the holiday inn in leiden?

Is it easy to catch a cab from leiden train station to the hotel?

There's a free shuttle service from Leiden Central station to Holiday Inn:

Oranje Hotel is a major (or maybe THE major) hotel in Noordwijk-aan-Zee. They'll sure be able to show you how to get to Leiden. There may even be a shuttle service too, but their website doesn't mention any.

It taks 31-49 minutes by public transport from hotel to hotel.
You take Interliner 95 (that's a bus) from Koninging Wilhelmina Boulevard (2 miute walk from Oranje hotel), and get off at Transferium A44 Leiden. Then it's a 7 minute walk to the hOliday Inn. This is the fastest (31 minute) connection.

Excuse me, can't seem to get it right!
I meant you walk from your hotel to Vuurtorenplein, NOordwijk (that's the 2 minute walk), there get on the bus.
Costs 3,30 euro for a one-way trip: buy a Strippenkaart in the bus. Oranjehotel might have them too.

i checked the shuttle service on the holiday inn website but they don't provide service on saturday and sunday.

i stayed in oranje hotel twice but i didn't realise they might have shuttle service. maybe i should check it out.

Do you think it might be better for me to get a cab from one hotel to the other? I don't fancy the idea of tugging my luggage and taking the bus.

I would first check the shuttle service at Oranje hotel. If you can get it to Leiden Station, then you can take a shorter cab ride from there to Holiday Inn.

Total distance between the 2 hotels is 13.4 kms.

Indication of taxi fare (these are Amsterdam fares):
Starting rate: 3,40 euro
Km price: 1,94 euro
Km price after 25 km: 1,45 euro
Waiting time = 32 euro per hour
