Are there any car rental agencies at Liberia airport? Any recommendations for which agency? And can anyone tell me how long it will take to drive from Liberia to Playa Tamarindo? Are they paved roads?

I've had positive experiences with both Budget and Dollar in Liberia. With Dollar, you'll get a much better rate by booking on AmericanExpress.com or Travelocity than throught the Dollar website.
