Quito	How Long in Quito? Rainforest / Amazon Posted: Fri April 6, 2007 01:21 PM UTC We are going to be south america in September and will be visiting Quito which we understand is a good place to visit amazon perhaps rafting. Can somebody tell me how long we would need to allow to be able to go on small trip into rainforest rafting. Hi, from quito will take you between 5-6 by bus to get to Tena where you can do some rafting. there are few companies that offer rafting there, River people is a good option
