Seeing as Positano is built directly up a steep hillside cliff, I will say that no there is no golf course IN Positano.
It is possible somewhere in the surrounding area but I will tell you that getting around from Positano is not as easy as you would like - the connections and options are much better out of Sorrento. I suggest you Google the tourist information offices or Tourist bureau in Sorrento for best information on local area. LL
