Are there any overnight bus trips from Melaka to Singapore? Also, are there any storage lockers or kept luggage in Melaka bus terminal?

no, there are none.
I think the distance is too short for an 'over-night' travel.. it could be just 3-4 hrs in the night time....(5 hrs in daytime).
