Lhasa Trip to Lhasa from Bangkok

Hi, all
Plan to meet up with friends in June 8.. I will fly from Bangkok/BKK

Is it safe to fly up there alone from BKK ? Or do I have to join a certain group tour.. is there such thing as visa on arrival in Lhasa ?

Is June a good time to travel to Lhasa ?

Yes, you need to apply tibet permit to visit Tibet. Normally no direct flight from oversea to Lhasa, except Kathmandu flight. I think you need to fly to China like chendu or Kathmandu, then take another flight/Train to Lhasa. If you need assistant, can email tibetfit.service@gmail.com .
