Average insurance in TJ is around 100,000 dollars for safe return. Bargain and the price could drop to $2.00. Take the back alleys and the rates drop.;-)

don't worry about that, the Tourist are not targets of Kidnapping in Tijuana. The target of Kidnapping are the rich people, or people who has links whit organizated crime, or police.
