Since my visit to Cebu may be postponed and I'm not sure about the weather there later in the year, I'm thinking of just a province a few hours from Manila. How about Batangas? Is there an affordable serviced apartment there for around 40,000PHP a month, more or less? Short-term and accepting foreigners? Thanks. I would go to Cebu instead of Batangas if you are talking in terms of the weather. In Cebu, the rainy season is not really so rainy unlike in the luzon area which Batangas belongs to.
