| Curaçao | Scuba for to in Curacao Posted: Fri March 30, 2007 06:25 PM UTC
My girlfriend and I will in Curacao 6/13/07-6/15/07. We are both students and are looking for very reasonably priced accommodations and to do a day or two of diving. Any recommendations on places to stay? Is better to do a guest house and rent from some place else or do a packaged dive resort?

Hi, I am renting my time share for $150.00 for the whole week!! that's one of the benefits of owning a timeshare. You could do 2 things 1st find someone who's desperate to sell theirs, or buy one at an auction (never pay full price)you could find many in the U.S. for $1,500-$2,500 + ANNUAL DUES. even with the annual maintenance MY week will end up costing $600.00
As far as the local services they are in demand based on the the volume of tourists. ALWAYS GO WITH THE REPUTABLE COMPANIES. You don't want to end up like Natalie Holloway.
