There are Lots of things to do but for a start you might consider
Mountain flight to See Everest Kathmandu it's self can Easily keep you all occupied for a couple of days, Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Pashupatinath and Bodnath Visit, the other two cities in the Kathmandu Valley, Patan and Bhaktapur. Take a taxi up to Nagarkot, Maybe overnight there and get the early morning Himalayan View Many many More things but that's a start !!
