Well...again, I need help from everyone that can help me. I', being to be disparate because I can't decide my itinerary! I have 7 days to visit Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Ayuthaya and Sukhothai. For me is being pretty difficult organise the days and I don't know if maybe I should avoid one of the cities? For me is hard to decide not visit Ayuthaya, Sukhothai or Chiang Mai : (

Can anybody recommend me what to do?

With 7 days I'd do Bangkok, Ayutaya(day trip) and Sukothai.

I went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Siem Reap and Penom Peng in nine days! So your trip is do-able. I personally didn't care that much for Bangkok. We took a day trip from there to Ayuthaya (I wouldn't miss that). Chiang Mai was much more beautiful (and cooler) with less smog.

Traveling from city to city by plane is very easy. And the flights aren't expensive.

Good luck!

doable but a hell of a rush.
Sukothai is awkwawrd.
I would suggest going by train and fly back. Pittsanolok is the stop for Sukothai, then bus, or if you are flush get a taxi for the day. (about 1500/2000). Sukothai is much nicer than Ayutthaya. Less people and parklike. Rent a bicycle for the day.
I really wouldn't want to to it all in 7 days though. You'll need early starts every day. Not much of a holiday.
Do BKK and Ayutthaya this trip. Then you've got an excuse to come back.

Like the other person said I would go to Sukhothai and leave out Authaya. Much more to see in Sukhothai .I would spend 2 days in Bangkok and then fly to Chiang Mai .Book a guide to take you for around there is so much to see and do here. We used 12-fly ( think its called) If you look at my travel pages , you'll see the name. We got the bus to Sukhothai and then train back to Bangkok. All easy to arrange when you are there.
