I would like to find out what public tranport can i take to reach ostuni from Brindisi Airport and also how can i reach alberobello from ostuni using public transport as well?

I don't know if there is a shuttle from Brindisi Airport to Ostuni.
But you can travel with "Ferrovie sud est" - a railway/bus company - from Brindisi to Ostuni. They have some daily (except sunday) round trips from Brindisi to Ostuni. The site is http://www.fseonline.it/ (only in italian :-(( ) The timetable from brindisi to ostuni (bus line BARI - MONOPOLI - FASANO - BRINDISI) is at http://www.fseonline.it/fse/pdf/A150_ritorno.pdf The timetable from ostuni to brindisi (bus line BARI - MONOPOLI - FASANO - BRINDISI) is at http://www.fseonline.it/fse/pdf/A150_andata.pdf Please note (see the same timetable) that if you like you can go than from Ostuni to Polignano or Bari.
