If you are refering to the cenotes in Valladolid downtown, I remember you have bring your own stuff. But there is always a contact to ask for stuff to rent, I know somebody there, mm I must dig into my contact list if you are interested in exploring around.

Here is again, there are about three well known cenotes in Valladolid, for Zaci, you have to bring your own stuff but I found the water was not really for swimming, not very much visibility. Samula and Xkeken are open to public and I think you needed to pay a small fee to enter, very symbolic.
http://www.showcaves.com/english/mx/springs/Dzitnup.html The people from La Candelaria hostel in downtown might be renting bikes or snorkeling equipment, could be worth to drop them a line, just in case, so you don-t carry all your stuff here and there.. http://www.iyhf.org/dba/hostel092614.en.htm Enjoy it!
