Place to stay - the big question - SuperChargedRoom?

I'd like to ask your opinion about the place called SuperChargedRoom, a friend of mine recommended it and I just wanted to ask here as well, if it's a good place - it seams- or not. I could find it easely through Google.
So please any comments?

I have never heard of this SuperChargedRoom, but this link has some comments from people who've stayed here:

The location he shows on his website is in the heart of the city, right next to the main metro station.
