by car, by train, by bus from Prague and Vienna (bus is just 5 euros one way)

It might sound strange but... how to get there would depend on where you are starting from!
There are many international buses from other parts of Europe that have Brno as a stop on the way or even start/finish in Brno. Havea look at: http://www.eurobus.cz/ for some ideas.
