The entire time I was there I never found one, I always just had to take note from the bus stops themselves.
The best thing I found besides the transit maps at the stops themselves was the website below. You can type in the bus number (#xx,) in the search field and all the stops will be listed, but not the times. http://www.thatsqingdao.com/index.php?option=com_c
