hiya coming to bilbao on friday 23rd weekend my brother in law is also coming with us and just wondering wether there is any tabacs shops nearby but we are coming over on the ship and dont know from there really.

yes there are tabacs in bilboa look for the purple and yellow frontages dont try and look round for cheaper prices though the prices are fixed by the spanish goverment so the price is the same all over
