We are visiting some of the Cabo Verde islands around Easter. Would like to know if there are internet cafes, internet access in mayor hotels or mobiles are working on the islands.

Hi
You will find internet cafes in Santa Maria, Sal, but not sure about the other islands. I had a problem with my mobile which is T-mobile and could not get a signal, but people on 02 and orange seemed to be ok.

Hello!
Yes - you do find internet cafés around. Definitely in Praia / Santiago (for example directly on the Platô in the city center), in Mindelo / Sao Vicente, but also in Sao Felipe / Fogo and on Santo Antao island as well, sometimes even away from the city where you wouldn't expect it.. No idea about mobiles (?) Have a good trip!!! Si :-D
