I'm trying to book a certain hotel in Alexandria but, from on-line searches, I get "not available"; and in conversation with the hotel they say call back in 2-3 months. Does anyone know why this is? and when specifically I could get a reasonable rate?

We're trying for Le Metropole, but apparently many hotels follow the same pattern. An approximate date to try again would be a great help. Many thanks. Ann

Such hotel is good one, and located in the heart of the city centre. It is 4 stars category.
