Hi Tobi,
All ATMs in Pakistan have Rupees (no foreign currency). Check with your bank to make sure that your card will be operational in Pakistan. Although we the all banks ATMs have been linked here, but still it is safe to check in advance. Regards.

Yes offcourse......if your ATM service provide has a label of VISA etc....and yes the currency which comes out of ATM will be PAK RUPEES.
