According to this article there are no taxes. Is this true? Are there any property taxes?

There are no direct taxes, but yes many indirect taxes, some of these about property. Andorrra is a "tax-free paradise" but not totally "tax-free", neither a total "paradise". Anyway, it should be not so bad when many famous people from Spain now are Andorrans (via some mysteriuos fast-track procedure). BTW, if you're not so rich, it will take you more that 10 years of residence and some paperwork to be Andorran.

You can find the real info there, from the Andorrran Governement website (but in Catalan language): http://www.finances.ad/Web%20Finances/Estructura/1catala/Impostos%20i%20Taxes/impostos.htm

Forget to say, the article of your link is just and advertisement from someone who sells what you can find from yourself. There is not any "secret" to live in Andorra, as far you have money you'll be welcome. If you have no money, you'll be welcome too if you accept to work loosing the rights you'll have in any democratic country and join their medieval but quite productive (for some)system. Of course the great statistics about how wonderful is to be Andorran do not count the many people who live and work there without having the nationality.
