| Nairobi | flights to the UK Posted: Thu March 15, 2007 07:19 PM UTC
Does anyone know if it is possible to book a flight from Nairobi to London and pay for it in the UK?
I know that this was not possible 15 years ago, but with the Internet etc. I am hoping that this has changed. Any suggestions or advice would be very welcome indeed. Thanks, Graham. |

you don't mention if it's for yourself or someone else, if it's for yourself it is even easier, just buy it on the internet.

I bought a flight for someone else about a dozen years ago and it was well easy. I was told it was called an "inbound return"!!!

Thanks for your answer to the replies you got. Not many posters do that....
Another issue: sometimes, when buying on-line, the airline in question demands that the person who buys the ticket(s) (mostly by credit card) is one of the (group of) passengers on that booking (flight). Check on the web-page of the airline concerned and/or check with the airline, if that's the case. Good luck.

I will certainly check out what you suggest, always a good idea!
As for replying to the good folk who provide answers/ideas, I think that its only proper and mannerly to do so. I really do appreciate the time and thought that VTers put into their replies. Many thanks, Graham.
