We are visiting The Horizon Resort in Yalong Bay from 16th September for two weeks I know there is some rainfall yet the travel agent says it may rain only at night?
Has anyone been around this time, I would hate not to be able to make the most of the beautiful beaches.
Also any must do's or not do's.

You will not expect much rainfall duiring your visit.
Avoid going to the restaurant with taxi drivers, do not buy or bargain for anything on the beach or scenery spots unless you are really really interested.
If you leave Yalong Bay for island trip,simply pay the taxi fare, try to refuse some 'kindly' offer.
Too many traps there.Stay at Yalong Bay and enjoy the sunshine and beach.

Beautiful garden and lots of orchid at Horizon Resort, been there twice and enjoyed my stay, you may also take hotel shuttle heading downtown instead of taking taxi.

Thanks again we are so looking forward to this trip we are staying all inclusive so will have plenty of exploring money, then again that beach looks too goood to leave!!!!!!!!!
Were the rooms nice? we have only booked a standard room the travel operator wanted another £200 for a seaview!!

Bine made furniture in all rooms,lots of pools. You may save 200p for scuba diving,water sports, or a few round golfing.

To be honest, rooms in Horizon TWO is better than Horizon ONE. Don't know which room you booked. :)
