Haha! I was taking the p!ss out of your typo! Eh, it IS a typo I hope or I'll be laughing at the other side a me face. Inner Mongolia is autonomous I believe, and I am not sure but the northern regions are in some way in the Chinese commonwealth? If I make enough political boo-boos in this thread then the troops will come in running advising us.

I guess with a double entry Russian visa, a Chinese visa & a visa for Mongolia we'd be covered for this kind of trip. Seems Inner Mongolia, autonomous yes, but still a Chinese Province, would be covered with the Chinese visa I guess. Not certain though, will investigate further.
