Greeks are Orthodox so their Easter is 2 weeks later than Chatolic. It`s crowdy all the time, but very worth of seeing!

First of all this year greek orthodox Easter is on the same day with the catholic - on April 8th. Second, I believe that Meteora will be THE great fantastic choice for Easter time. Religious grandeur in a blossomed nature surrounding! I don't know something specifically for Eastern, but normally all the Monasteries will have Eastern services and will be open to the public. See in my meteora page an accommodation tip, it's may be interesting for you.
