| Galway | beds for St. patrick Posted: Mon March 12, 2007 08:53 AM UTC
Hi.
Me and my girlfriend are going to be in Ireland on 14th. We were planning to spend the first 2 days in Clifden and 16th and 17th in Galway, than we will move towards south, but we haven't ooked anything. We are in lack of money and I need to know a few places where to sleep which could cost no more than 20€ per person. I'd like to know also if it's easy finding room to rent in private houses for a couple of night in Ireland. Thanks for the answer and have a nice day. |

Private houses don't rent out rooms, it is just not done here, unless they're a registered guesthouse or B&B
I would be very surprised if you found acomodation for only 20 quid. You're going at a very popular time of year (St. Patrick's Festival) so prices for accomo will go up. Allow for for €30 +/- a night for a B&B instead.

Thanks for the answer, I hope we'll find a bed on time. However we'll take a tent with us, it's better than staying on a garden seat. Bye
