We were there in late June last year and it was very pleasant in town.Of course it is very much colder on the mountains minus temperatures and sometimes windy.
What date are you going to be there?We arrive in Zermatt on 12th June after travelling from St Moritz by Glacier Express. Warning-my handbag was stolen at Visp railway station last year.The Swiss are very honest people but of course there are lots of tourists who may not be so beware.Have a great time.Zermatt is lovely which is why we are going again this year.We are staying at BW Alpen Resort.

Luckily ive been to Zermatt a few times, one of the visits in June with some friends and we had the most stunning clear day with blue skies over Zermatt, it had been pretty cold out the night before when we arrived so its always handy to travel with something warm. but during the day lovely.
It really is luck of the draw with Zermatt, other relatives of mine had been there twice and both times couldnt see the mtn for the clouds and rain whereas ive been blessed with great weather it each time. ie for skiing in Feb and March and nice weather when there in November.
