I have a question for people who are in Hawaii now:)

We are going on a cruise around the islands on March 19th and when I look on weather forecast it says rain every day for every island:((!

Is it really true, is it raining every day now?

It looks like there is a system over the islands causing scattered showers hopefully this year won't be a repeat of last March. You can get the radar picture on the national weather service or weather underground websites.

The nice thing about Island rain is that it's relatively warm and is over quickly.

You take the chance at most tropical islands that there might be rain, but yes it is often warm and does not last long. The weather might say rain everyday...but most likely it wont be ALL day EVERY day! This week the forcast is mixed with some sunny days and some rainy days..with temperature averages still 70-80 degrees like hawaii is pretty much all year. So don't worry too much, you should still be able to have lots of fun!

As I write this, it's raining in Kaneohe, but 5 miles away it's sunny in Kailua. Additionally, I have found that Hawaii weather forecasts are completely unreliable -- especially a week down the road. This amazes me, since there is so little variation in the weather here -- we must get the botton-of-the-class meteorologists.

Sorry just had to add everytime I see that warm rain line it reminds me of the line about Phoenix " but it's a DRY heat ".
