try fatherchristmas@fairytales.com :)
I bet you will get fatherchristmas to respond quicker than a typical Thai business! emails are a waste of time in Thailand and these hotels (I have stayed in the Roma before) are walk in type hotels. By phone you might be able to book. They may not even have an email!
