hi we will be arriving very late around midnight into bergamo airport and normally we would get the No1 bus i beleive. to the town. can you give me an idea of how late the buses run. Our flight has been changed to arrive later than before so wondered if buses would be available thank you in anticipation

Bus 1C to the railway station doesn't run beyond 22.00, as far as I know, but there are other shuttle buses that do, e.g. ZANI, see http://www.sacbo.it/Editorial/newsCategoryViewProcess.jsp?editorialID=2656&currentMenu=2175

Be careful, the last bus doesn't reach Cittą Alta (old town). It stops at the train station and in the city centre (modern city). If you need to procede to another destination, at train station you can find taxi till 2 a.m. Then you have to phone. Enjoy your trip.
