I would be grateful if anyone could give me some information on getting flights between New Delhi and Kathmanduin April/ May.

Flights , frequency and ease of purchase please.

There are several airlines and daily flights. 2-300 dollars will get you a discounted return ticket. Check a travel agent; I have rarely found good deals for this stretch on the web - the competitions is in the local market and between local agents and airlines.nIt is easy to get seats, but beware of the main European holiday season around Easter (about two first weeks of April this year) when trekkers flock to Nepal.

I’m jus back from Nepal – Yesterday 
I flew in from Delhi this month – that was £132 return inc taxes with Indian Airlines and that was the cheapest that I could find at that time, But there are Loads of airlines doing the run, Sahara, Royal Nepal to name a couple. Several flights a day.
It might be better to book it on the internet before you leave your home country as it is Very Difficult to book tickets on the net from India as they wasn’t a permanent address and telephone number and even with those it can be problematic and going through a travel agent can add significantly to the cost
