Anyone of you have taken the bus (operated by OBB Postbus) from the town of Zell am See to Grossglockner Frank Joseph Hohe (to view the snow mountains) and back?
My wife and I will be taking this bus on the morning of 7th june 2007, and is wondering whether we need to reserve any seats beforehand? This is because it is a once-a-day bus and we are afraid that it might be fully booked when we get there. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Regards Victor |

Just to check, which month did you take the bus and roughly how much does a return trip cost? I have emailed to the bus company, and they said there are no reservations on their buses and we just have to be early at the bus stop. Regards Victor

I was there in September. I vaguely remember that the return ticket costed around 15 euros (could be wrong).
I actually got there 5 minutes before the bus was leaving.

My wife and I successfully visited Zell Am See and Grossglockner, and really enjoyed both places a lot! I have just built the VT pages on Zell Am See and Grossglockner, do drop by and have a look if you are interested. Once again, thanks!
