Málaga Trouble with Record car rental

I recently rented a car from Record Rent a car at Malaga airport. I had the misfortune to get stuck in the mud in some road works on my way back to the airport. I contacted Record and they could not help in time to allow me to catch my plane home. Record suggested that if I could get to airport and hand over the keys they would recover the vehicle at their convenience. There was no mention of a fee or charge for this - I assumed it was covered by the insurance.
Five days after my retunr Record charge 150 Euro against my credit card without consulting me. I have attempted to reason with their Customer care to no avail. It would seem that once they have my money it is up to me to prove the case. Can anyone provide any help about a more efficient way to address this unreasonable behaviour?

Tell your credit card company that you did not authorize the charge and are disputing it.

the hire company have took money without authurisation however you will have incurred the charge due to the circumstances you stated your credit card company will look into it and I doubt you will get a refund. you contracted to take the car from one loction and return it to another location you by your own admission did not return on time and to the correct location the company rightly charged you just put it down to experience and allow longer to get to the airport next time.
And also get the rental agreement out and written in the small print will be the reason you got charged and I have one question to ask if it was you who owned the car company would you have recovered the car without charge I doubt it
