Although you could make it in less time, depending on traffic I would say about an hour and a half - again, depending on traffic and where the construction is taking place (there's always some construction!).
Why Orlando Airport? There's a nice airport in Tampa. Nomad

Depending on time of day (or evening) and day of the week, the trip on Interstates 275 & 4 for the majority of the distance should take you about 90 minutes.
Is there a reason you did not do mapquest? It shows 91.95 miles from airport to airport and 1 hour and 35 minutes. http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&a
