Mazatlán How is scuba diving

My wife and I are planning a trip to Mexico and are undecided between Mazatlan or Cozumel. Our main interest is in doing some scuba diving and are interested in anyone scuba diving in Mazatlan and/or Cozumel and how they may stack up against each other. I have found much more on the web for scuba in Cozumel but not much for Mazaltan. Can someone give me any feedback they might have on this.

Just consider... Cozumel have the 2nd reef of the World with clear water, and great weather.

I allways travel to Cozumel area for diving.

I would second that for Cozumel. The Pacific side can be very rough and from what I have seen the water is a lot more cloudy that the Cozumel side.
