We are staying at the Hilton in Needham's Point and looking for nice seafood restaurants in the area. Also I've heard there are dinner/theater shows in the area, any recommendations?

Don't know of any but, by your title 'Skatermom', you may want to know camouflage clothing is outlawed in Barbados

There's a lobster restaurant not far from Hilton, in Bridgetown, called Lobster Alive. Check on www.barbados.org for other restaurants in the area and for dinner/theatre shows.
I know the Plantation Garden restaurant used to have a good dinner show. I'm not sure if it still does. Also, I'd be surprised if the Hilton didn't have it's own dinner show. s3

The best foods are street foods. Fresh wahoo grilled.

The Plantation show is still going as far as I know - excellent for first time visitors, not the cheapest but good food and free drinks includd.
