| Damascus | hotels in damascus Posted: Sat March 3, 2007 05:17 PM UTC
I've just seen that the visa form wants an address in Syria and haven't yet had time to investigate the good hotels so wondered if anyone has suggestions? I'm travelling with teenagers and don't want international hotels but clean and reasonably priced hotels in central locations without demented noise. En suites would be nice!

Hi,
Someone to call and get all the info. Bayan Bahlak is the Manager of the Al Majed Hotel in central Damahsq. I had a small clean room with en suite for 10 USD a night. I mean small room. Dont expect too much from the Syrian Hotels though. 009639340745 ( 963 is the country code and the cell number starts from 9340...) or 093407405, when you in Damashq. All the best on trip
