there are lots of places in lebanon for learning arabic...aub, lau, saint josef, to name a few! but the thing with learning arabic in lebanon is that most people speak english as well so it's not the best place if you're looking for a country to immerse yourself in for language learning. syria's good, so is egypt. But lebanons by far the most fun to be out of them! Best student life and nigthlife etc, plus since you're a beginner maybe the high use of english in lebanon will make life a bit easier as you start out?

Look I respect all opinion but you are on the right track to go to lebanon for arabic studies ,
syria and egypt they teache their national sudent languages when they graduate from university their system is in arabic even math and sciences you need a place you can learn and use your education to explore your language experience for that lebanon is the right place where people speak all languagea and they will help you to learn arabic and relate to the meanings of words
