I have heard there is a shuttle bus service from Luiz Munoz airport to the cruise ship dock but havn't been able to locate it. If there is can anyone advise me how I go about booking a seat. If not what would a person expect to pay for a taxi?

I don't know about a shuttle bus- it is probably from your cruise line- check with them. Otherwise, you can get a taxi at the airport. The fare should be about $19 (they may charge $1 more for lots of baggage). The taxis wait outside the baggage claim at the airport (always tons of them) so you don't have to worry about reserving them.

correct--taxi is most efficient. $19 includes the tip, too. never pay more! they give out free rum drinks in the tourist info kiosk, too, just behind the taxi stand at the airport! woo-hoo!
