Does anyone know if it's possible to learn about Chinese cooking in Xi'an. Are there any courses available? Thanks in advance |

I know there is several schools for locals to learn cooking. You can learn some courses or leaning for a short term. But the language maybe is a problem, can you understand the teachers?
