Hello/ciao,
I would want to go to the Etna, on Sunday March 25, as far as it is allowed. Which are the best (low budget) options to go there from Taormina ? (= If possible no expensive organised tour packages?) Maybe go there (to Rifugio Sapienza ?) on my own by bus/train , and join a group with guides there walking to the top , as it is considered dangerous to go alone. Or maybe take the cablecar, but is it already repaired ? Is it possible to go there from Taormina, or do I first have to go to Catania? (I will sleep in Taormina the night before, March 24) Thanks for giving me the best possible option, if possible ; grazie mille !! Jan Belgium. |
