My family of four (two young teenage daughters) intend to stay 3 days in Chengdu, 1 day at the China Dead Sea and then 2 days in Chongqing before flying home.
How best can we travel from Chengdu to Chongqing via the Dead Sea resort? Appreciate all suggestions, and recommendations for hotels and activities. Not particularly keen on shopping - more on the people, culture, life travelling to Chongqing. |

You may take a bus at Jinsha Bus Station in the morning(only one) heading to Dayin County, or take a bus at Wuguiqiao Bus Station in the morning to Suining City then transfer the bus to Dayin. You may take a local taxi to Dead Sea once you arrive at Dayin.
After the trip, you may take a bus departs from Dayin Bus Station heading toward Chongqing. Hotels vary depends on your budget. Zongfu Crown Plaza is alwasy the best in Chengdu for it's location and amenities, and Harbor Plaza is also recommended for it's location and service in Chongqin.
