A friend and I are going to Holguin soon. I wanted to know whether there was a difference in the Bungalows as compared to the Villas? I would also appreciate any "tips" anyone has to offer. Thanks!

The villas are newer and have better ocean views but depending on which one you stay in you may be farther from bars and restaurants. Bungalows are a little "tired" but close to the action. I would start with a Bungalow, them if you don't like it you can usually upgrade much cheaper there than doing it from Canada.When are you going?

Don't eat the butter
If you like a drink take a pint glass Eat at the hotel next door,you have to book this Before you book villa or bungalow check if it is the hotels staff free week,as part of bonus each hotel gives free weels to staff/workers from around the area,when we were there they had one quarter of complex to them selfs.
