please, does anyone have/know any info about the details of the offer of the compensation of a 100% refund of the cruise package of the holiday and the addition discount on a future voyage to antarctica

also, any information about the arrangements for the compensation and new offer

We were on the Nordnorge, and were diverted on our Antarctic cruise to pick up the passengers from the Nordkapp.

We have been offered a 100% refund of the cruise component of our trip, and a 30% discount on a future cruise with Hurtigruten, provided it is booked before 31/03/2007.

Because we booked the whole package from Edinburgh through Voyages Jules Verne (VJV), we don't know precisely how much the refund will be, and await a cheque from VJV.

Fantastic Nordkapp has a cruise in the next month. If the compensation was so fast we are lucky and probably I'll go again in the Nordkapp at 10 days sailing from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia. Could be true or I'm dreaming?

I was at Nordkapp as you know. We have a limit date to choose. Probably I'm going to chose at Nordnorge to Falkland, South Georgia and ... next year. What do you think?
